I have both English-to-Japanese and Japanese-to-English dictionaries because I need them to study English.
スペインが好きだから、西和辞書も和西辞書も一応持っているの、使ってないけどね。
I don’t use them much but I also have Spanish-to-Japanese and Japanese-to-Spanish dictionaries because I like Spain.

I don’t know well as I don’t live there but I often hear that the prices in Tokyo are the highest in the country.
I live in Osaka. Our prices are about the second highest.
